Recently, we have been working closely with two of our clients, Mitie Interiors and Overbury on several buildings for Deloittes in London EC2.
 

These major projects are part of a refurbishment and new build programme which we are glad to have been involved in.
 

Both Mitie and Overbury have been impressed by our professional approach to all aspects of Health & Safety including the production of risk assessments and method statements. Our Operation and Maintenance Manuals have been submitted on time with very few amendments all of which have delighted our clients and Deloittes.

We installed Kingspan insulation to the underside of the terraces and fire stopped around all services passing through plant rooms and fire break walls.

This contract involved some large fire stop compound holes in floors, some over 17sm in overall area. We also installed a vicutube encasement to gas pipes and fire stopped around numerous service penetrations.

All aspects of fire protection; intumescent paint on and off site, fire stopping with compound and coated panel systems, Furmasteel cladding to EDF Room.

We carried out fire stopping with both compound and coated panel systems, also intumescent paint to new and existing steel work around new staircases and trimmer steel in risers.

We carried out the reinstatement of fire protection within one of their buildings main cores following various maintenance operations. Products included Vicuclad and Coated panel fire stop system.
